All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Europe and the United States. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be indicated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to almost every country worldwide. Currently, we do not ship to Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, or North Korea.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Swiss Lumina is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at swisslumina@proton.me with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

For any order changes, please notify us on the same day as your order.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if products are faulty or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at swisslumina@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle each case individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

If the product is not right for you, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you must return the package at your own expense and we will issue a full refund, limited to one item per household. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The full amount minus return shipping costs will be refunded.
