For any order changes, please notify us on the same day as your order.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if products are faulty or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at swisslumina@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle each case individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
If the product is not right for you, we will do our best to make it right — please reach out and we will find a solution together.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you must return the package at your own expense and we will issue a full refund, limited to one item per household. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount minus the return shipping costs.
